I found a phone no one l claimed it after 30 days so It was given back to me...Its a Blackberry and its locked so I cant trun it on anything

What carrier is it locked to? Or is it unbranded and you cant tell? Even though you did try to return it, i%26#39;d go the extra mile and call the carrier (Tmobile, cingular, etc) and tell them that you found the phone. It is probably reported as stolen so if you do find a way to get it working, the carrier will see that the phone is active and will mostly likely kill the phone, making it useless to you. If you enter the wrong password 10 times, it will completely wipe the device.
