I faces a lot of problems using a PDA/smart phone (reception) so thinking of using a PDA and a mobile phone separately but not sure whether can a phone extract info like appointment details with phone nos. which you can call direct if using PDA phone. So does it means that I have to key the nos manuelly in order to call the nos. which is not on my phone book?

get a phone and pda with bluetooth (then you can send appointment to the pda ,and send pic from phone to pda for the backgrond
