Dell has discontinued the Axims. Does that mean that theyre no longer available anywhere?

I%26#39;m looking on Ebay, but you never know if the lister is being honest when they say it%26#39;s "new."

Is there a way to buy them directly from Axim? If so, what is the website?

Answers:

Axim was the product name and not a company. Dell did stop making the Axim. Dell is planning to go into making smarthphones instead as this where the money is.

Since you%26#39;ve already checked out Ebay, another source to try would be Craig%26#39;s list, Yahoo Auctions, Overstock.com or a local newspaper.

If the Axim is not available throught the Dell website or when you call Dell and ask for it, then the product is dead. If they discontinued them, the only place you will find them would be eBaY or a similiar site. When looking to purchase items from eBaY sellers, be sure to check their feedback ratings. I try to never buy from anyone with less than 98% positive feedback. I have purchased about 50 things from eBaY sellers and haven%26#39;t been deceived or dissapointed yet. I just tried going to Axim%26#39;s site and it%26#39;s not running. This might be a sign they are no longer in business? It%26#39;s possible they got bought out, but who knows without further research. I would suggest maybe looking into getting a new product that does the job just as good. =) you can no longer purchase directly from them. all you can do is ebay or a similar website. there are a lot of truly honest sellers on ebay, so if someone has a high rating and they say its new, theres a good chance that it really is. This site is selling them new:
