I know nothing about palm computers. I am wondering whether i can use one to read e books (txt, pdf, word) but also type. Most of them look like mobiles, how can i type a text?! can i plug a usb keyboard when i need to type as easily as with home desktop? I wouldnt like to use it as organiser, more as notepad when im travelling cause i forgot how to handwrite:)
Also if someone knows a specific brand or pda that is close to such a requirement, would be great help!~
Answer:
I currently own a palm tx with this keyboard (link below):

Works wonderfully but might get some adjusting to wrist position since it is a little smaller than most desktop keyboards, batteries on mine are still at FULL after 6 months of use.
Uses IR to communicate with PDA.
Palm USA states that this keyboard is compatible with:

Tungsten T3
Tungsten T5
