No. You would need a hard wired or WiFi connection to use VOIP, and the Blackberry doesn%26#39;t allow for either. it%26#39;s only connection is through it%26#39;s own Internet access, and if you%26#39;re going that route you would still have minutes elapsing on your plan if you are attempting to use VOIP.
