PDAs can be used to voice record, just depends which models have the ability to do so. For example, the Palm Lifedrive has built in mic. I think it is the only palm that has built in mic but check with pocket pcs too as I%26#39;m sure they have some with built in mic. The Palm Zire 72 has a built in mic and with a SD card you can record for hours, battery pending.
