Can u download psp games thru file sharing programs like limewire or ares??

if can, then how do you put it in the psp?but i dont think it can...but i really do hope so it can...haha

i wan to get a psp...i need more info abt it too.do it need a special version to download games from the internet?

It is, but do not use a file sharing program, especially limewire which is known for its viruses. You need either v1.5 which is hard to come by since most are sent with the latest version. But you could always downgrade which is a little risky.
