ok this is what you do. drag and drop the video into 3gp. wait a little bit to let it set it. hover the cursor on the % bar. at the bottom, it should estimate the size of the video. if its to small, abort the prosess. change the quaility you want by using the drop box. and repeat the process until you are satisfied.
