Cant answer calls on my Motorola Q. i press the answer/green button and it wont answer call?

the keypad is not locked by the way.

button issue (broken) has happened to a few friends using Q...I hope you have insurance? Try ebay or craiglist for repair or keybaord part. probably to much installing program make it slow
