Can you turn a Samsung Blackjack on silent?

I want to know if their is anyway possible that you can make the "Silent" profile well silent, I don%26#39;t want no vibrations because guess what when it does vibrate it lasts for like 5 seconds which basically defeats the purpouse, I have the ringer set to silent which is nice, but nope text messaging all all the errors and everything else still vibrates please someone help I want it to make no noise at all and no vibrating in Silent mode

Easy solution! If you go to Settings%26gt;Profiles%26gt;(scroll to) Silent then click Menu%26gt; Edit...

Configure the settings to:

Ring Type: Silent

Ring Volume: Off

Alarm Type: Play Sound

Alarm Volume: 0

Notification Type: Play Sound

Notification Vol.: Off

System Sound: Off

Click Done... and there you go... Read your Manual Book.sometime some phone dont have silent, mostly vibrate...what my old phone use to do.hated it and got me an MDA...love it
