Can anyone tell me the tablet PC that just got a review on NDTV gadget guru a few weeks back?

I was shocked to hear that the price of that Tablet PC was 28000 only. Please can anyone just recall as to which PC he referred to?

This show was hosted in a electronics exhibition held in China... I guess.
