Think of bluetooth as an invisible cable, but it needs the other end to have bluetooth also to receive and transfer data. So it needs two bluetooth enabled devices to be paired up in order to work.
You have to get a bluetooth dongle for your pc, then you can transfer. Or just use the usb cable. you can use cable or bluetooth...cable′s quicker. (given that both the pc and the cellphone have the bluetooth option)
