To make email/internet work, do I need an additional service like the media bundle pack or something? Is it required that I get an additional service in addition to my calling plan?

you need a %26#39;%26#39;BlackBerry Connect%26#39;%26#39; data plan offered by ATT. i have the unlimited plan and it%26#39;s 44.99 per month and covers unlimited internet as well... You need a data plan. If you are on with Cingular/AT%26T, I think it is called "media works/data unlimited" - $29.99 a month. That is the way to go. No overage charges. Unlimited text messaging, SMS, internet, email, etc.
