its because you need to create a photo and video folder yourself. unfortunatly you can not call the video folder video you have to call it somin like mp root click on the link below and type in how to create a video folder for the psp. You can call the video folder video if you have recent firware. Probably from about 3.01 i think but like the guy says, you make the folders yourself
