Smartphones aren%26#39;t cheap and no service providers offer a smart phone for prepaid service, this is like asking for a pink unicorn it just doesn%26#39;t exist. You can buy a smartphone from verizon or cingular outright (super expensive) and get prepaid service from the home company such as verizon freeup or cingular prepaid but thats pretty much your only option. Walmart has the NET10 phone which I bought for my wife. It is 10 cents a minute and the price of the phone is equal to how many minutes you get off the bat.
