I am currently a customer of T-Mobile and I have a Motorola RazR. I%26#39;m a technology freak, so I feel the need to update my phone. I want to get a Blackberry phone. Either the 8800 or 8700 series. Does anyone know what site I can go to, to get one that%26#39;s pretty cheap? Around the price range of $100-280. If it%26#39;s unlocked, that would be great too!

you won%26#39;t find that cheap for those recent models, but ebay might have other older models for the budget. You can get an 8800 or 8300 (Curve) for $200 with activation through AT%26T. I would recommend that model over an 8700.
To unlock the phone, check for services on Ebay. You might find some used/slightly used BB 8800%26#39;s there in the price range you are looking for.
